I spent years tying my worth to my work, chasing results, promotions and validation, while ignoring the quiet signals of my body, until my system forced me to listen –
by completely shutting down.

I figured my way out of corporate, shedding the golden chains that kept me there and started my own business.

I know exactly how thoughts, mindset, emotions and beliefs work. But I also experienced first-hand that ‘talk it out’ just doesn’t work. Because being the smart women we are, we know how to put everything into words perfectly –
but it gets us precisely nowhere.

It also does nothing for what’s going on in your body: restlessness, tightness, persistent fatigue, anxiety, aches and pains and persistent, vague other symptoms.

Yep, no matter how good the story you tell yourself (or your therapist), the body doesn’t care for it. Your emotions and mind don’t either, by the way.

What I found out DID move the needle, is working with my nervous system, getting out of survival and perfectionism patterns (spoiler: they’re the same) and take radical responsibility over my life.

I immersed myself, deepened my knowledge and got trained and certified in body-oriented coaching, trauma processing, the collaboration between mind and body, hypotherapy, regression and our nervous system. I discovered that the key to – I would almost say EVERYTHING – lies in effectively letting your mind & body work together.

And now it is my mission to help women like you and me. So you can finally stop proving and start being.
